• Manage daily operations of the service department ensuring high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction.
• Lead train and motivate service technicians and staff to achieve performance targets.
• Develop and implement service processes and standards to improve efficiency and profitability.
• Coordinate with parts and sales departments to ensure seamless workflow.
• Monitor and manage departmental budget labor costs and inventory levels.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

• Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or similar role with a proven track record of success.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to analyze and improve service department processes.
• Familiarity with automotive service software and management systems.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Competitive salary ranging from $50000.00 to $150000.00 per year paid bi-weekly.
