You will be contacted directly by the facility after applying to this Healthcare Anesthesia Services is currently seeking a BE/BC Anesthesiologist to join the leadership team at Mission Hospital in Asheville is a Vice Chief / Assistant Facility Medical Director (AFMD) position that will work collaboratively with the Facility Medical Director and APP leadership. Responsibilities include assuring the highest standards of healthcare delivery and outcomes and maintaining an environment that supports employee satisfaction and retention. Previous leadership experience desired but not of Opportunity:Anesthesia Care Team model of 35 Anesthesiologists and 100 CRNAs covering 29 ORs 6 Cardiac ORs 11 Outpatient ORs and additional sites of service in the of CRNAs 1:4. CRNA are in-house providing 24/7 be ABMS Board Certified and have the ability to be licensed in North CarolinaCan expect a mix of procedures in a very busy facility with an average of over 50000 cases annuallyWill enjoy a wide variety of cases including cardiac ortho neuro general urology ENT Bariatric Vascular Thoracic OB/GYN Peds and TraumaWillingness to teach appreciated.
