Ambulatory Anesthesia Care Pacific Northwest (AAC-PNW) delivers high-quality office-based anesthesia in pediatric dental practices throughout the Pacific Northwest. Were adding anesthesiologists across several of our Oregon and Washington markets.

Were looking for an MD Anesthesiologist comfortable in office-based pediatric dental settings. Our patients are healthy primarily ASA I. Cases are efficient with short sedation and recovery times. No complex pediatric work just well-run care in a calm predictable environment.

Our current work is pediatric dental and were actively expanding into adult dental GI and ENT. If you want your scope to broaden over time rather than stay static theres a path here.

What Youll Be Doing

• Office-based pediatric dental anesthesia
• Healthy low-acuity pediatric patients
• Efficient predictable workflows
• One location per day
• Support from experienced clinical and operational teams

Who This Is Ideal For

• MD Anesthesiologist pediatric fellowship not required
• Comfortable caring for pediatric dental patients
• Active Oregon and/or Washington license or willingness to obtain
• PALS ACLS and BLS current
• Values autonomy flexibility and quality of life alongside meaningful clinical work
• Interested in growing with a practice not just filling shifts
