JOB DESCRIPTION

Greystars Data Digital and AI (D²AI) organization uses data analytics and AI to help teams across the company make better faster decisions.

As an Analytics Engineering Intern on the Decision Intelligence team youll work alongside analysts and engineers to solve a real business problem using data. Youll own a scoped project from start to finish gaining hands-on experience with modern analytics tools AI-assisted development and real-world data.

• Partner with business teams to understand their goals and data needs.
• Build and validate data models using SQL Python and Databricks.
• Use AI coding assistants as part of your day-to-day workflow.
• Analyze data identify quality issues and develop practical solutions.
• Test document and improve your work based on feedback.
• Present your final project and recommendations to business and Decision Intelligence leaders.

• Pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in Analytics Data Science Computer Science Economics Statistics or a related quantitative field.
• Expected graduation between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Experience with SQL and Python through coursework projects or previous internships.
• Exposure to data visualization or business intelligence tools such as Power BI or Tableau.
• Interest in using AI tools to support technical and analytical work.
• Strong communication curiosity and attention to detail.
• Ability to learn quickly ask thoughtful questions and take ownership of your work.

• The compensation for this position is $31-$45/hour

Additional Compensation:

Many factors go into determining employee pay within the posted range including business requirements prior experience current skills and geographical location.

• Corporate Positions:Inaddition to the base salary this role may be eligible to participateina quarterly or annual bonus program based onindividual and company performance.
• Onsite Property Positions:Inaddition to the base salary this role may be eligible to participatein weekly monthly and/or quarterly bonus programs.
