05/22/20263201 S 323rd StFederal WayWashington98001-5023United States of AmericaThis positionis responsible forthe implementation of new or updating of existing business systems and processes in order to drive improvements across one or more of the business teams within Revenue order to achieve this the Systems Analysts will coordinate multiple stakeholders through the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process including IT external vendors and business teammates.
Analysis & Technical:
Produces detailed system documentation including requirements process flows communications use cases and user stories.
Makes recommendations & synthesizes takeaways from visualizing processes flows across multiple systems or businesses
Develops requirements by collaborating with business leaders & translating their needs across multiple business systems or processes.
Performs analysis related to a system (ex. Assessing value or ROI of a change sizingfor fixed and funded programs)
Demonstrates understanding across a larger scope of business systems (multiple systems multiple businesses using a system multiple processes) including how data capture & processes across systems are interrelated.
Understands how to pull data from a business system & knows where/who to go to for other needed data
Independently produces and distributes recurring reports related to a business system or process using proficiency in tools such as Excel and SQL
Problem Solving:
Solves problems related to a business system by outlining potential drivers & forming ahypothesis-basedapproach. Guides business in identifying root cause and initiating a system solution.
Proactively raises awareness when issues arise that impact their workstream; understands implications of their overall project on broader business objectives or other business lanes
Business leadfor IT communication & leads the facilitation ofUser Acceptance Testingand production validationincluding writing & executing on test cases.
Identifies ways to prevent further system issues hasreputation of error free work and troubleshootssystemissues
Project & Stakeholder management:
Effectively leadsworking sessions&facilitatesinteractions between business teams and IT(ex. Requirement review sessions project status meetings & post-deployment feedback sessions)
Directs & executes on next steps to progress own work stream; identifies & recommends new opportunities to improve existing processes
Understands the Software Development Life Cycleand supports business team in progressing through the process
Utilizes tools such as JIRA Confluence or Smartsheets to maintainup to date documentation of data/process dependenciesacross multiple projects business lanes of systems(ex. BRD use cases process flows)and to facilitate daily communication
Proactively communicates around deadlines & roadblocks
Other duties as assigned.

This position will be open for a minimum of three days.
The Salary Range for the role is $80168.40-$94000.00 per year.If a candidate is hired they will be paid at least the minimum wage according to their geographical jurisdiction and the exemption status for the position.Washington Exempt: $80168.40/year Washington Non-exempt: Bellingham: $19.13/hour Burien: $21.63/hour Everette: $20.77/hour Unincorporated King County: $20.82/hour Renton: $21.57/hour Seattle: $21.30/hour Tukwila: $21.65/hour Remainder of Washington state: $17.13/hourFor location-specific minimum wage details see the following link: for the role will depend on a number of factors including a candidates qualifications skills competencies and experience.
