Analyst, Sales Tax

WHAT YOULL BE DOING:

Under direct supervision responsible for assisting in the maintenance of tax records and the preparation of all or specifically assigned tax returns and related reports.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Prepares paperworkand returnsfor localandstatesalestax returns.
• Conducts tax research forsalestax issues.
• Supports sales and use tax audits.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Education & Experience

• Requires a bachelors degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Knowledge Skills & Abilities

• Must possess excellent communication and research skills.
• Business acumen.
• Proficiency with accounting and computer software.
• Strong ethics.
• Interpersonal skills.
• Strong aptitude for mathematics.

Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between $54000 - $71400 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills education experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Companys applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
