Job Summary:
The Application Analyst I - Sunquest ; Beaker LIS provides customer and application support for Epic Sunquest and other Client Health Lab related applications that support business processes across Client Health acute services. The incumbent acts as a subject matter expert (SME) to provide assistanceguidance and solutions to application and/or process issues; identifies root causes and proactive incumbent partners with other Client Health ITS and vendor support teams to resolve application issues when necessary. The Acute Clinical Application Analyst I provides on-call support as scheduled.
Education:
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or college in the BusinessSciences Health Sciences (Nursing Medicine etc.) or in InformationSystems. Candidates who do not meet this requirement may be consideredif they have applicable certifications and requisite workexperience.
Experience Required:
2-3 years experience with SunquestStrong project management and facilitation skills.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite email intranet internet TeamsWebEx and other applications.
Preferred:
Experience with Sunquest Epic Beaker software support & implementations with Data Innovation (DI) integration.
Preferred: Haemonetics experience
Licenses/Certifications:
Epic Acute Module Proficiency or Certification in Beaker & Acute Clinical
license (e.g. Lab Tech) preferred
