Analyst, CMMS

Description

• Create ad hoc SQL queries as needed to support business changes and needs
• Create business intelligence reports (BIRT) and make basic interface changes (add/remove fields) through Maximos Application Designer
• Utilize and update data models to predict MHE asset needs
• Provide analytical support for failure pattern recognition and predictive maintenance initiatives associated with operationally critical assets
• Work closely with end users to identify and promote system improvements
• Review building utilities consumption identify baseline usage rates and measure cost-saving improvements achieved through various ROI projects
• Create training materials and documentation of process changes
