Job Summary
Overview
Responsible for creation and maintenance of part models drawings and attributes across PLM and ERP systems.
Responsibilities
- Manage ECN process for current and development products across Autodesk Vault and Microsoft D365 platforms.
- Modify part models using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
- Create and update part drawings and labels using Autodesk Inventor and AutoCAD.
- Create and manage Bills of Material.
- Update and maintain user manuals for new and existing products.
- Support requests from Sales/Marketing for reference or advertisement materials.
- Create rendered images using Autodesk 3ds MAX software or Autodesk Inventor.
- Create technical documents and instruction literature.
- Administer Autodesk licenses for the company and liaise with software providers as needed.
- High degree of attention to detail; demonstrates accuracy and self-directed energetic dependable and thorough with the ability to handle multiple responsibilities and tasks on a regular basis.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and complete timely.
- Ability to communicate well cross-functionally using Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Teams.
Qualifications :
Required
- Associate degree in drafting CAD engineering technology OR relevant experience
- Knowledge of mechanical design principles and manufacturing processes
- Strong math and technical drawing skills
Preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Autodesk Design Suite and Microsoft D365
- Proficiency in GD&T
Working Conditions
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers and may involve exposure to moderate noise levels.
While conducting R & D efforts this position may involve working with hazardous materials and environmental changes (heat/cold).
Physical Requirements

Employee is occasionally required to climb or balance; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
