AM Sante Runner Part time

• Exceed guests expectations
• Ensure a consistent correct and quality plate presentation
• Support and assist servers in timely delivery of dinners to guests
• Work with chef to make sure stations are set up correctly
• Maintain order on pick up side of line
• Serve courses correctly deliver dinner courses
• Maintain extensive knowledge of menus and food preparation
• Clear excess dishes on table to maintain clean and orderly appearance
• Serve from the cheese cart and maintain extensive knowledge of cheeses
• Side work duties
• Be safety conscious especially regarding spills
• Side work as assigned
• Other duties as assigned

Rate of Pay: $20.50 an hour

• Must have minimum one year of restaurant experience and two years customer service experience
• Must have friendly helpful engaging manner.
