Job Summary
- Position Summary
- Temporary hourly-intermittent student assistant positions available in Disability Resource Services.
- Start Date
- Positionsavailable on or after August 10 2026and ending on or before May 31 2027. Possibility of reappointment based on budget department needs and job performance.
- Job Description/Duties
Duties include but are not limited to:- Create course materials in alternate format for students with disabilities (you will be trained).
- Proofread Optical Character Recognition results.
- Listen to MP3s while comparing them to printed originals.
- Scan edit text crop edit images in large quantities.
- Data Entry.
- Assist in maintaining media library.
- Engage in correspondence with students registered with the office.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Qualifications
Required Qualifications:- Undergraduate students must be registered/enrolled in a minimum of six (6) Fall/Spring units.
- Post-baccalaureate students in a graduate program must be registered in a minimum of four (4) Fall/Spring units.
- Salary Range
- $16.90per hour.
