AlphaBEST Education 2026-2027 School Year Group Leader - Jeffco County Public Schools $16.25/hr

Monday - Friday (Weekends off... because work-life balance matters!) AM shift: 6:30 am - 8:00 am and/or PM shift 2:30 pm - 6:00 pm.

Looking for a part-time role that fits around the school day

AlphaBEST Education provides extended-day summer and enrichment programs designed to inspire and engage students as they discover and learn beyond the school day.

For those who have experience working with students the Group Leader role offers the opportunity to shape meaningful before and after-school moments that help kids learn grow and thrive.

In this role you will:

• Lead a group of students through daily curriculum activities (World Languages STEAM Fitness Maker and Arts)
• Make child safety the top priority at all times
• Keep the space clean and organized
• Help create an environment where kids feel supported and included
• Build strong relationships with teammates kids families and school staff

Requirements:

• High School diploma or equivalent required
• CPR and First Aid certification required (or ability to obtain)
• Ability to work in a classroom setting with regular bending and lifting (up to 25 pounds)
• Must have a minimum of 460 verifiable hours of experience with children (ages 4)
• Must be 18 years old
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet program staffing needs
• Must be able to successfully complete a background check as required by CO childcare licensing regulations
• Proof of experience as required by CO childcare licensing regulations (verification of hours)
