Requests after offer will likely not be approved Call Off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Travelers are allowed 1 attempt to take the test. Their assignment will be cancelled if they fail after their first attempt. RTLS Badge - If a traveler receives a RTLS badge they will sign a facility attestation that the badge was received and costs $37.50. If the badge is lost or not returned at the end of the contract either completed or canceled the agency will be charged $37.50.
