ID: Shift: Day 5x8-Hour (08:00 - 16:00) Description: POSITION: Operational/Clinical PharmacistSCHEDULING DETAILS AND CHARTING Shift Hours: Primarily day shift (8:00 AM 4:00 PM); some evening shifts (3:00 PM 11:00 PM) based on need/shift coverage. Schedule is posted and communicated in advance. Years of Experience Required: 1 year Weekend Requirement: Every Other Weekend On Call Requirement: No on call Charting: Epic experience required RTO Block & Scheduling Requests: Must be included at the time of submission. Requests after offer will likely not be approved Call Off Policy: Facility is allowed to call off 1 shift per 2 weeks. Travelers are allowed 1 attempt to take the test. Their assignment will be cancelled if they fail after their first attempt. RTLS Badge - If a traveler receives a RTLS badge they will sign a facility attestation that the badge was received and costs $37.50. If the badge is lost or not returned at the end of the contract either completed or canceled the agency will be charged $37.50.
