Therefore at least one weekend per month of call that includes a Friday Saturday and Sunday. These 3 shifts are part of the ten call shifts per month. Once a month a long weekend is given off without having to request. For example if the RT works Monday through Thursday they will have a long weekend of being off Friday and Monday without requesting.
