FLOATING: This facility has high P/C ratios and lots of floating - if a candidate isnt comfortable with this please do not submit! Only 1 facility so would only be floated within the hospital. Qualivis workers will float in rotation with staff and in accordance with floating policies as well as the clinical experiences of the worker being asked to float.
