ID: Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (08:00 - 18:30); Day 4x10-Hour (12:00 - 22:30) Description: Sunday 8a-630p with call Monday/Tuesday 12p-1030p and Wednesday 9a-730p with rotating call on Fridays (about every 8th Friday) . We perform all CTs except a few select exams. Currently we do not do Cardiac CT scans but that will change x-ray we do diagnostic fluoroscopy and surgery cases. PACS portables C-arm Contrast and Biopsies; all Xray procedures are all required except fluoro (preferred) Special Equipment : - #Tier3 Travel Compliance Required for Submission : Finalized RTO must be included at time of submission. No RTO permitted during the first 2 weeks of the assignment. Maximum of 10 total RTO days. Full calendar weeks of RTO are not accepted. Active state or Compact license required at time of submission. Two supervisor references completed within the past 18 months are required. Copies of all required certifications and licensure as specified in the job description must be included. Interview availability must be provided with the submission. Submission Rules : Maximum of 1 active submission per traveler. Paragon and Practice Partner experience is preferred.
