ID: Shift: Day 4x10-Hour (07:00 - 17:30) Description: *Locals within 75 miles are accepted at $7 less than the posted : 4x10- 07:00-17:30 every 4th weekend (sat & sun) and take call 1-2 nights a week. Will be included in the holiday RTO must be in at time of submission. Please keep RTO requests to a minimum if : KBMIRT (Kentucky state cert- can be pending at time of submission. Must be in hand at time of start.) ARRT and must be Cath Lab trained. Return Staff Policy: Must be away from full-time part-time or per diem employment for at least 1 year before returning as a traveler. Travel Break Policy: After 1 year on assignment a 90-day system break is required before returning as a traveler. Modules Non-billable if completed within first 16 hours of orientation; after 16 hours modules are billable.
