BETH ISRAEL DEACONESS MEDICAL CENTER HARVARD MEDICAL SCHOOL BOSTON MA is seeking faculty members especially those with interests in drug allergies and desensitization at the Instructor or Assistant Professor level to participate in the clinical teaching and research academic activities of the Division of Allergy and Inflammation Department of Medicine. As we expand our consultative services to the Dana Farber Cancer Institute we are specifically seeking candidates with expertise in drug hypersensitivity to provide state of the art onco-allergy care as a member of the multidisciplinary chemotherapy desensitization team. This role includes general Adult Allergy/Immunology clinic sessions. Applicants should be board eligible/certified in allergy and will be eligible for academic appointments at Harvard Medical School. Pay Range:

$190000 - $333100

The base pay range reflects what Harvard Medical Faculty Physicians at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center (HMFP) reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for this role at the time of posting and may be modified from time to time. Actual compensation within this range may be determined based on several factors including academic appointment work experience specialty training geography of work location anticipated productivity FTE basis and role addition to base compensation this role may be eligible for performance-based incentives which may include bonuses for productivity and quality HMFP also offers a comprehensive and generous employee benefits program to eligible employees including health dental vision life and disability insurance as well as retirement plan(s) with employer contributions.
