Job Summary

Join the Nalley Consulting team as an All Source analyst specializing inC4ISR/MIDB/MARS in Washington DC.

All Source Analyst (C4ISR/MIDB/MARS)

LCAT: Mid
Location:Washington DC - JBAB
Office: IPRC

Required clearance: TS/SCI with CI poly; only candidates with current polygraphs conducted within the past seven years can be considered.

Required Experience: At least 5 years of experience conducting relevant analysis with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
Desired Education: Bachelors degree
Description
C4I and cyberspace assessments require knowledge of adversary strategy doctrine intent
telecommunications infrastructure (cyberspace) and capabilities including compromise of DoD networksor weapon systems cyberattack methodologies and vulnerabilities.

Assessments require expertise across a full range of telecommunications networks and information systems to include industrial control systems navigation aids and systems and use of information operations.
Provide on-site functional and technical intelligence support to the DIA IntelligenceIntegration Centers including all-source analysis with an emphasis in foreign national C4I analysis in compliance
with DIAs SOPs for the C4I Functional Production Area (FPA) DIA ADO AIO ICD203 and 206 sourcing analysis and production and DIA tradecraft standards.
Assist the U.S. Government in the production of all-source intelligence pertaining
to foreign national command and control (C2) and supporting command control communications
computers intelligence surveillance and reconnaissance (C4ISR) infrastructure capabilities activitiesand vulnerabilities.
Apply a wide range of analytic skills and knowledge to assess foreign C4ISRdevelopments and trends that include strategy doctrine intent capabilities operations supportingservices and infrastructure and vulnerabilities.
Expand current MIDB/MARS data records to reflect the worldstelecommunications and C4I installations and facilities use all source analysis to discover theinfrastructure and create corresponding records within the MIDB/MARS.

Candidate should have some experience with the following intelligence analysis systems / programs:
  • NPW (National Production Workshop)
  • MIDB MARS
  • Remote View
  • TAC (Tripwire)
  • WISE
  • NES
