Flu vaccine CT and XR cert date will be no less than 6 weeks after travelers fingerprint cards are received at SEARHC in Juneau for processing. Upon acceptance please have your traveler make an appt for fingerprints and get them in the mail within 2-3 days to avoid start date getting pushed back. The Radiologic Technologist must be able to demonstrate the knowledge andskills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age of the patients service on his or her assigned unit. The individual must demonstrate knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and possess the ability to assess data reflective of the patient s status and interpret the appropriate information needed to identify each patient s needs and to provide the care needed as described in the unit s/area/department s policies and ASPECTSEmployee will work with patients/employees of all cultural and religious AND COMPLIANCEEmployee performs within the prescribed limits of SEARHC Ethics and Compliance Program. Is responsible to detect observe and report compliance variances to their immediate supervisor or upward through the chain of command the Compliance Officer or hospital SERVICEAll employees must adhere to the Mission Vision and Key Values of FUNCTIONSMust provide radiographic examination of all body parts for diagnostic interpretation. Must exercise professional judgement in performance of procedures applying principles of radiation diagnostic medical radiography within department and other patient records and responsibility for departmental quality assurance continuing patient to and from shifts as ancillary duties as requested by policies and procedures as set up by SEARHC in general hygiene of department and be able to work well in situations of be willing to able to take call and report to work within 20 and willing to perform other duties as assignedEducation Certifications and Licenses Required:High School Diploma or GEDCompletion of a CT/XR training programCurrent ARRT in RadiographyCertifications: ARRT (CT XR) Minimum 1 year experience
