AIS Functions FP&A Leader

• Partner with the functional leaders within the AIS Leadership Team to provide visibility into critical costs headcountandinvestmentprograms within their respective teams ensuringaccurateand clear reporting to support effective decision making within the parameters of the function.

• Strategically work with each leader to define budgets for their respective function closely partnering todetermineinvestmentneeds and other cost management needs to meetthe financial goals of the Segment.

• Translate P&L results into actionable insights for the functional leaders and accurately forecast future expendituresrelativeto timing of investment decisions and other actions.

• Developprocessto accurately track and measure critical investments within the functions understanding performance versus business cases and helpingpartnerto ensure benefits on investment are realized for the Segment.

• Bachelors degree (Economics Finance Accounting etc.) from an accredited university or college

• 5 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis and reporting

• Demonstrated ability towork cross functionallyin adiverse teamenvironment

• Graduate of GEHCs Financial ManagementProgram (FMP); Operational Finance Development Program (OFLP); or graduate of other financial leadership programs

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to communicate complex business issues in a clear/concise manner.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence others and drive change while working across a variety of stakeholders.

• Adaptable flexible. Open to change (positive or negative) in response tonew information different or unexpected circumstances and/or to work in ambiguous situations.

• Strong critical thinking skills &demonstratedability to analyze and resolve problems.

• Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects. Established project management skills. Ability to document plan market and execute programs.
