Schedule: Monday-Sunday with 2 consecutive days off. 9pm-5:30am

Responsibilities
- Supervise daily warehouse operations including repacking kit-building receiving sorting and inventory movement.
- Monitor staffing levels and adjust schedules to ensure adequate coverage.
- Conduct pre-shift planning including inventory checks laundry scheduling and workflow coordination.
- Lead team huddles and post-shift debriefs to communicate goals progress and performance.
- Perform spot checks and maintain accurate inventory records.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and immediately address hazards or incidents.
- Manage employee breaks lunches and attendance in accordance with company policy.
- Prepare shift handover documentation and update daily operational reports.
- Collaborate with Inventory Supervisor and Manager to address critical shortages.
- Maintain communication with leadership and client representatives regarding operations.
- Set a positive professional example for the workforce and coach employees as needed.
- Ensure compliance with all company client and regulatory standards.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
Front-line warehouse employees on designated shift.
Qualifications
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand and walk for 2/3 or more of the work shift.
- Must be able to talk hear and use hands to handle or feel for 2/3 or more of the work shift.
- Must be able to lift 50 pounds or more for up to 1/3 of the work shift.
Work Environment:
- Warehouse setting with exposure to varying temperatures and moderate to heavy noise levels.
- Requires physical activity including lifting walking and operating equipment.
Skills:
Language Skills:
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Ability to read and interpret safety rules operating manuals and procedures.
- Ability to present information and respond to questions from team members and clients.
Math Skills:
- Ability to add subtract multiply and divide using whole numbers fractions and decimals.
Computer Skills:
- Basic understanding of computer software including Microsoft Office and inventory systems.
Reasoning Ability:
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions.
- Ability to solve problems involving multiple variables in standardized situations.
Education:
- High school diploma or GED required.
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of warehouse operations experience including supervisory responsibilities.
- Previous management experience preferred.
Overall:
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must meet all requirements to receive required airport SIDA badge and Customs Seal
