The Airport Shuttle Driver Trainer is responsible for onboarding training and evaluating shuttle drivers to ensure safe compliant and efficient transportation services within the airport environment. This role ensures drivers meet company airport and regulatory standards while delivering professional customer service. CDL REQUIRED
Pay: 33.35 per hour
The pay listed is the hourly range or the hourly rate for this position. A specific offer will vary based on applicantsexperience skills abilities geographic locationand alignment with market data.
Schedule: Graveyard 9:00 pm to 5:30 am (Full-Time including weekends) * Must be able to work other shifts as well

Responsibilities
Train new and existing shuttle drivers on safe driving practices defensive driving and airport operating procedures
Conduct behindthewheel training ridealong evaluations and route familiarization
Ensure compliance with airport regulations TSA requirements DOT standards (if applicable) and company policies
Provide instruction on customer service standards passenger safety and professional conduct
Perform driver performance assessments and document training results
Identify training gaps and recommend corrective actions or refresher training
Maintain accurate training records and certification documentation
Support accident investigations by conducting retraining as needed
Collaborate with Operations and Safety teams to reinforce safety initiatives
Stay current on airport rules shuttle routes and operational changes
Qualifications
Valid State Commercial Drivers License (CDL as required by operation)
Must be 21 years old
Clean driving record Zero points
Minimum of 23 years of shuttle bus or commercial driving experience (airport experience preferred)
Prior training coaching or lead experience strongly preferred
Ability to pass background check drug screening and airport badging requirements
Strong communication coaching and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with basic computer systems for documentation and reporting
