• CommercialShuttle Dispatcher
• PAY Range: $24.00/HR bi-weekly
• SHIFTS: Full-time Overnight (this is a DRIVING POSITION)

The Spirit of the Position:

A LAZ CDLDispatcher representative will greet transmit and check in/out guests through the shuttle process. On some occasions a dispatcherwill have todrive a shuttle van/buswith theshuttle team if must be able to promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor can-do attitude and travel safely within the terminal grounds.

• Must have a valid DL
• Must have Class A or B License
• Must have passenger endorsement
• Valid Medical Card or ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.

Principle Job Duties:

• Safely operating company vehicles.
• GET 100 (Greet Engage and Thank the Guest - 100% of the time).
• Assist passengers when boarding and exiting the vehicle including ADA passengers if applicable.
• Effectively communicating and working in a team environment to achieve maximum productivity.
• Demonstrate the ability to work self-sufficiently while performing daily tasks as a professional driver.

Requirements:

• 1-2 years with a CDL w/ passenger endorsement
• Class A or B license
• Comply with Federal DOT State and Local Rules/Regulations and Company Policy.
• Ability to read write and speak English.
• Valid Commercial Drivers License with passenger endorsement.
• Valid Medical Card or ability to successfully perform and pass a DOT physical examination.
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or holidays.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to physically push/pull/lift to 50lbs.
• Ability to bend at the knees or squat frequently throughout a shift.
• Willingness to work in inclement weather (rain sleet snow heat high wind etc.)
