Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Manager to oversee aircraft maintenance operations ensure regulatory compliance manage aircraft maintenance schedules and maintain the airworthiness safety and operational readiness of corporate aircraft and aviation facilities.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain aircraft in an airworthy condition in accordance with applicable FAA regulations manufacturer guidance company standards and safety management procedures.

Perform aircraft maintenance and inspections as required to insure fleet readiness.

Plan schedule and monitor inspections maintenance events component tracking repairs and avionics troubleshooting.

Maintain accurate and complete aircraft maintenance records compliance documentation inspection records SMS records and operational standards.

Provide oversight for off-site aircraft maintenance to insure on-time delivery.

Perform Preflight and Postflight Inspections launch and recover aircraft and aircraft and hangar cleaning.

Required Qualifications

Extensive experience in aircraft maintenance management aviation operations and corporate flight department support.

Demonstrated ability to manage corporate aircraft.

Strong working knowledge of FAA regulatory requirements maintenance documentation safety programs and aircraft airworthiness standards.

Experience with maintenance scheduling vendor management and technical troubleshooting.

Ability to communicate effectively with leadership vendors technicians pilots and operational stakeholders.

Strong organizational skills attention to detail problem-solving capability and commitment to safe compliant and efficient operations.

Preferred Credentials and Training

FAA Airframe and Powerplant License.

Inspection Authorization.

10 years minimum experience required.
