JOB TITLE: Aircraft Structures Sealant Mechanic
LOCATION: Kinston NC
PAY RATE: $34.00/hour

Summary:
  • Perform assembly and installation work on aerospace structural parts and sub-assemblies
  • Read and follow blueprints diagrams specifications and work instructions
  • Use hand tools power tools drills sealers and precision measuring instruments
  • Perform drilling sealing countersinking painting varnishing and fastener installation
  • Complete quality inspections continuity checks and basic functional testing
  • Support rework repairs and modification work as needed
  • Move materials tools and parts within the manufacturing area
  • Report production or tooling issues and document discrepancies
  • Perform basic machine maintenance and support production workflow
  • Assist and support team members when required
Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required
  • Experience with structural assembly and sub-assembly operations preferred
  • Ability to read and interpret blueprints diagrams and work instructions
  • Experience using hand tools power tools and precision measuring equipment
  • Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
  • Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment
  • Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR regulations)
