PAY RATE: $34.00/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:
- Perform assembly and installation work on aerospace structural parts and sub-assemblies
- Read and follow blueprints diagrams specifications and work instructions
- Use hand tools power tools drills sealers and precision measuring instruments
- Perform drilling sealing countersinking painting varnishing and fastener installation
- Complete quality inspections continuity checks and basic functional testing
- Support rework repairs and modification work as needed
- Move materials tools and parts within the manufacturing area
- Report production or tooling issues and document discrepancies
- Perform basic machine maintenance and support production workflow
- Assist and support team members when required
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Experience with structural assembly and sub-assembly operations preferred
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints diagrams and work instructions
- Experience using hand tools power tools and precision measuring equipment
- Familiarity with aerospace manufacturing processes preferred
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
- Ability to work in a production/manufacturing environment
- Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR regulations)
