JOB TITLE: Aircraft Structures Maintenance Technician
LOCATION: Jacksonville FL
PAY RATE: $34/hour

Qualifying Questions:

Summary:

• Perform structural repairs and modifications on aircraft and flight control components.

• Read and interpret blueprints engineering drawings schematics and maintenance manuals.

• Perform close-tolerance drilling precision measuring and composite/metallic repairs.

• Install/remove rivets blind fasteners hi-locks bolts and lock bolts.

• Apply primer paint Alodine sealants and corrosion prevention methods.

• Complete maintenance documentation and technical logs.

Requirements:

• 3 years of aircraft mechanic experience (commercial military defense or apprenticeship experience accepted).

• 3 years reading engineering drawings blueprints and schematics.

• Ability to perform close-tolerance drilling (.003) and precision measuring (.003).

• Experience with metallic and composite aircraft structures.

• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office.

• Must be a U.S. Person (as defined by ITAR).
