Job Summary

Benelux Tek Group Inc. (Aerospace Division) is currently seeking highly skilled Aircraft Assembly Mechanic / Production Test Mechanic candidates for one of its clients in North Charleston South Carolina. Our client is a recognized aviation aerospace airline manufacturing or MRO organization supporting aircraft maintenance repair overhaul production line maintenance and/or airworthiness operations.

Position Title: Aircraft Assembly Mechanic / Production Test Mechanic
Location: North Charleston South Carolina

Job Overview: We are hiring Aircraft Assembly Mechanics / Production Test Mechanics to support aircraft assembly systems installation testing troubleshooting and production readiness activities. The role requires strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and the ability to follow technical work instructions in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment.


Responsibilities:

  • Perform assembly installation adjustment test and verification tasks on aircraft structures systems and components.
  • Support production testing troubleshooting and functional checks according to approved procedures.
  • Read and follow technical work instructions drawings specifications and production orders.
  • Use appropriate hand tools power tools measuring equipment and test equipment to complete assigned tasks.
  • Maintain compliance with safety protocols quality standards FOD prevention and documentation requirements.
  • Coordinate with production quality engineering and leadership teams to resolve technical or schedule-related issues.
  • Support variable shift operations and production needs as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in aircraft assembly production maintenance technical manufacturing or equivalent military background preferred.
  • Ability to read technical drawings electronic work instructions and specifications in English.
  • Experience with hand tools power tools pneumatic tools and basic computer applications.
  • Strong safety mindset and ability to follow detailed processes consistently.
  • Ability to work variable shifts overtime weekends and physical production conditions as required.
  • Aircraft systems production testing quality inspection or troubleshooting experience preferred.
