AIML Engineering Co-op Fall 2026

The Opportunity:

This position is for an AI/ML Engineering Co-op in King of Prussia PA. You will get to work closely with our team of excellent software developers who are eager to mentor and teach their craft and have the opportunity to work with members of our Leadership team to learn about other areas of interest to you!

Responsibilities:
Working with a diverse team to research and develop AI/ML models

Working on an AI/ML program that will be:

Exploring advanced Retrieval Augmentation Generation (RAG) techniques

Exploring various text embedding models and techniques

Fine tuning embedding models

Building a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server

Exploring synthetic data generation techniques

Regular meetings with mentor(s)

Qualifications:
Required:

Proficiency with any one of the following languages: Java Python C etc.
Familiar with at least one unsupervised and one supervised machine learning technique
Proficiency in data science and data analysis
Great communication skills
Currently enrolled in a degree program at an accredited university

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship now or at any time in the future

Desired:

Experience training and developing machine learning models
Experience with Large Language Models (LLM) vector databases (e.g. ChromaDB Weaviate)
Experience using Agentic coding assistants
Experience with Pytorch Tensorflow and/or Keras Experience with Cloud infrastructures AWS or C2S preferred
Experience working within an Agile framework for feature development
Experience with Containerization Docker preferred
Experience developing performant algorithms in various domains

While performing the duties of this job the employee routinely is required to use hands to keyboard communicate listen to and interpret instructions and remain stationary for extended periods of the time.
