Role: AI/ML Engineer

Location: Omaha NE (Onsite 5 days a week)

JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a mid-level Machine Learning Engineer / AI-ML Developer with 37 years of experience to design build deploy and maintain machine learning solutions in production environments. This role requires strong expertise in Python machine learning libraries SQL data pipelines feature engineering and model lifecycle management along with experience working with both structured and unstructured data. The ideal candidate will help translate business problems into scalable analytical and modeling solutions and contribute to the development of production-grade AI/ML systems on cloud platforms such as Azure AWS or GCP. This position is based onsite in Omaha NE.

Responsibilities

Design develop and deploy machine learning models

• Build and implement ML models for business use cases usingPythonand relevant ML libraries.
• Deploy models intoproduction environmentswith a focus on scalability and reliability.

Develop and maintain data pipelines and feature engineering workflows

• Create and optimize pipelines for data ingestion transformation and preparation.
• Support model performance through effectivefeature engineeringand lifecycle management practices.

Translate business problems into analytical and modeling solutions

• Work on real-world business challenges by defining the right ML approach selecting suitable techniques and delivering actionable model outputs.

Work with structured and unstructured data

• Analyze and process diverse data types includingtabular data text and image-based datasets.
• Ensure data quality and suitability for model training and evaluation.

Support model deployment and cloud-based ML solutions

• Contribute to implementation on cloud platforms such asAzure AWS or GCP.
• Assist in integrating models into applications and enterprise workflows.

Qualifications

Professional Experience

• 37 years of experiencein machine learning data science or applied AI roles.
• Academic project work may be considered where relevant to machine learning model development and deployment.

Technical Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience withPython machine learning libraries andSQL.
• Experience building and deploying machine learning models inproduction environments including work withdata pipelines feature engineering and model lifecycle management.

Preferred Additional Experience

• Exposure toLLMs Generative AI RAG NLP MLOps Databricks Snowflake Spark APIs optimization methods or streaming data environmentsis a plus.

The base salary for this position is $ 92250 to $97538 plus incentives that align with individual and company performance. Actual salaries will vary based on work location qualifications skills education experience and competencies.
