AI Technical Project Manager Scrum Master

Primary responsibilities

• Actively identify manage and resolve external dependencies and impediments across teams and stakeholders to ensure the squad remains focused and unblocked in its delivery
• Leverage tools such as JIRA and Roadmunk to provide clear transparent visibility into delivery status risks issues and dependencies enabling effective prioritization and decisionmaking by Product Owners
• Ensure deliverables expected outcomes roles and responsibilities are clearly defined and communicated while remaining adaptable as priorities and team structures evolve
• Serve as a Scrum Master where appropriate facilitating agile ceremonies and practices in a pragmatic way that supports delivery rather than imposing rigid process
• Partner closely with Product Owners and Tech Leads to incrementally improve planning discipline backlog clarity and delivery predictability over time
• Use metrics and tooling to surface trends and risks focusing on actionable insights that help the team improve flow and execution
• Maintain lightweight but effective project documentation and stakeholder reporting aligned to the pace and maturity of the team
• Foster a collaborative transparent team culture that encourages continuous improvement learning and shared ownership of outcomes
• Support the teams gradual evolution toward mature effective agile delivery introducing structure and best practices incrementally as the teams context and readiness evolve

Required Skills

• Demonstrated experience driving delivery in complex fastchanging environments
• Strong grounding in Scrum and agile principles with the judgment to apply them flexibly
• Proven ability to manage dependencies remove blockers and improve delivery flow
• Ability to provide clear concise communication of status risks and issues to Product Owners
• Deep expertise in JIRA and delivery tracking tools
• Ability to influence behavior and outcomes without formal authority
• Proven experience operating across siloed organizations building alignment and cohesion to enable effective endtoend delivery.
• Familiarity with GenAI data and compute infrastructure concepts
• Handson experience acting as a Scrum Master or agile delivery lead

Desired Skills

• Experience supporting teams as they evolve toward agile maturity rather than operating only in fully mature agile environments
• Hands-on GenAI development experience
• Financial services or largescale transformation experience

Qualifications

• 4-6 years working as a technical project manager
