Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of AI/ML projects from initiation through deployment and support.
- Define project scope objectives timelines resource allocation and deliverables.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers data scientists software developers DevOps engineers and business stakeholders.
- Manage project schedules risks dependencies budgets and resource planning.
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning daily standups retrospectives and backlog grooming.
- Monitor project performance using KPIs and provide regular status updates to leadership.
- Collaborate with business teams to identify AI use cases and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Ensure AI solutions comply with governance security privacy and regulatory requirements.
- Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support AI model deployment monitoring performance tracking and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Establish project management best practices documentation standards and reporting frameworks.
- Coordinate vendor management and third-party AI technology integrations when required
