• Lead the product management process from ideation to execution ensuring alignment with customer needs and business goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and enhance AI-driven products utilizing OpenAI technologies.
• Analyze market trends and customer feedback to inform product strategy and prioritize features.
• Define and track key performance metrics to measure product success and iterate based on data insights.
• Conduct competitive analysis to identify opportunities for differentiation and innovation in the AI space.
• Facilitate product roadmap planning and communicate updates to stakeholders effectively.
• Mentor junior team members fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement within the product team.

• 4 years of product management experience preferably in AI or software development.
• Proven experience working with OpenAI technologies and understanding of their application in product development.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills capable of engaging with technical and non-technical stakeholders alike.
• Experience in agile methodologies and product lifecycle management.

• Familiarity with B2B and enterprise software solutions.
• Experience in a startup environment or with companies in the Series A funding stage.
• Background in user experience (UX) design principles and practices.
