AI Product manager

Role: AI Product manager

Location: Remote

Contract

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of AI products from ideation business case development and roadmap planning through deployment and production support.
• Partner with healthcare stakeholders (preferably Payer/PBM) to identify business challenges and define AI-driven solutions that deliver measurable outcomes.
• Gather prioritize and translate business requirements into product features user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Data Science AI Engineering and Development teams to deliver scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions.
• Drive stakeholder engagement executive communication and cross-functional alignment throughout the product lifecycle.
• Manage product backlogs sprint planning and delivery execution in Agile/Scrum or Fast Delivery Environments (FDE).
• Define KPIs monitor product performance and continuously optimize AI solutions based on business feedback and data insights.
• Ensure AI products comply with healthcare regulations governance standards and responsible AI practices.
