AI Product & Copilot Agent Specialist

The Opportunity: We are looking for an experienced and strong expertise in Generative AI Microsoft Copilot technologies and conversational AI platforms to create and enhance intelligent digital solutions for internal users. This role combines hands-on development with strategic collaboration focusing on building AI-driven assistants custom GPT solutions and chatbot experiences that improve productivity knowledge access and overall user engagement.

• Design develop test and maintain AI-powered assistants including custom GPT solutions Copilot-based agents and conversational chatbots tailored for business and productivity use cases.
• Manage the full lifecycle of AI solutions from initial requirements gathering and prompt design to deployment monitoring and ongoing enhancements.
• Support and improve existing AI applications ensuring stability usability and strong adoption across the organization.
• Utilize Microsoft Copilot tools and related AI technologies to deliver innovative and user-centric digital experiences.
• Work closely with technology partners and vendors to troubleshoot issues implement improvements and support production environments.
• Stay updated with advancements in AI and identify opportunities to introduce new capabilities that drive efficiency and business value.
• Track and evaluate performance metrics such as usage engagement and effectiveness using analytics tools and reporting platforms.
• Analyze user interactions and feedback to continuously refine AI solutions and improve outcomes.
• Define and implement measurement frameworks to assess the success and impact of AI initiatives.
• Collaborate with operations engineering and product teams to ensure smooth functioning of AI solutions in production and proactively resolve issues.
• Develop and maintain documentation including knowledge articles user guides and troubleshooting materials.
• Establish processes for governance support and continuous improvement of AI systems.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including product UX and business stakeholders to identify and deliver AI-driven opportunities.
• Clearly communicate technical concepts and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Promote responsible and effective adoption of AI technologies within the organization.

• Demonstrated experience in designing building and deploying Generative AI solutions in a professional environment.
• Hands-on experience with platforms such as Microsoft Copilot Copilot Studio ChatGPT or similar AI tools.
• Strong knowledge of prompt design conversational AI development testing approaches and performance optimization.
• Experience tracking and improving product performance using usage data analytics and user feedback.
• Ability to collaborate with external vendors and internal teams to resolve issues and enhance solutions.
• Strong problem-solving communication and stakeholder management skills.
