Job description
Provides technical support administration and ongoing enhancement of the airports artificial intelligence platforms and solutions.
Supports the existing internal AI-enabled chat platform and assists with future AI initiatives pilots and integrations. Works with systems data security and business teams to ensure AI solutions are reliable secure and aligned with organizational goals.
Skills Required
Three to seven years of experience in systems engineering application support platform administration or cloud engineering.
Familiarity with AI concepts platforms or services (e.g. AI chat platforms machine learning services LLM based tools).
Experience supporting enterprise platforms integrations or SaaS solutions.
Understanding of data access security and governance considerations for AI systems.
Ability to work across technical and business teams to support emerging technology initiatives.
Strong troubleshooting documentation and communication skills.
Experience with cloud platforms APIs or automation tools preferred.
AI- or cloud-related certifications preferred but not required.

Required Skills:
SExperience: 5 years in systems engineering infrastructure support or monitoring roles. 5 years of hands-on experience with Dynatrace or similar APM tools. Technical Skills: Knowledge of Windows/Linux servers virtualized environments (VMware) and cloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP). Basic networking understanding (DNS TCP/IP load balancing). Experience with scripting or automation tools like PowerShell or Bash (preferred). Familiarity with Kubernetes or container monitoring. Experience with ITIL practices and regulated industries (e.g. healthcare financial services). Soft Skills: Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration across teams. Detail-oriented with a proactive mindset.
