Microgcc is an Enterprise AI SaaS company building and deploying the Naukr AI Enterprise AI Data Scientist platform. Our platform develops and deploys autonomous data science andinsights reporting agents that replace manual offshore-heavy data engineering models. Wedeliver insights faster better and cheaper by bypassing legacy data processing bottlenecks.
is replacing & augmenting Human Data Scientists with Agents.
As a Customer Success Engineer Intern you will bridge the gap between our autonomousproduct and live human execution. You will step onto the front lines at client offices GlobalCapability Centers (GCCs)and partner agencies to manage platform deployment integratedata pipelines and train enterprise teams to shift from spreadsheets to autonomous AI agents.
Core Responsibilities
On-Site Deployment & Integration: Travel to client sites locally in NWA to leadtechnical deployment of the Naukr AI platform.
Data Integration Support: Assist clients with initial data connection and pipelinesetups helping them automate the heavy ETL (Extract Transform Load) cleaningburden via our agentic layer.
Client Onboarding & Training: Conduct live hands-on training sessions for client dataanalysts supply chain teams and revenue managers to show them how to chat withdata and leverage our live data stories.
Technical Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve platform configuration issues on-site serving as the direct feedback loop between the client and our core engineeringteam.
Adoption Tracking: Ensure client teams are actively utilizing our platform ensuring highadoption.
- Data Literacy: Basic understanding of databases SQL data structures and howenterprise data workflows operate (ETL dashboards or BI tools). Retail and CPGfamiliarity a plus.
- Communication & Presence: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be comfortable presenting to professional rooms driving workshops andconfidently training corporate stakeholders.
- Mobility: High energy and complete willingness to travel frequently to client offices at ashort notice as required by deployment schedules.
- The Challenger Mindset: A proactive problem-solving attitudesomeone whodoesnt just sit behind a laptop but actively engages clients to ensure technicalsuccess.
- Pay Range: $15/hr
- Schedule: 40-hour week: typically 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Monday-Friday
- Length of Internship: 3 months with the potential to convert to a full-time opportunity based on employer demand
- Location: Bentonville Arkansas
- Current Arkansas state resident
- Ability to pass a standard background check
- Ability to work 32-40 hours a week during and following the three-month internship
- Ability to work full-time in the United States without a current or future need for visa sponsorship
- High curiosity and interest in learning new technologies and growing or starting your IT career
- Technical aptitude exhibited through projects experience or online learning and the ability to communicate what you know
