AI Operations & Automation Intern

This is a remote position.

Were looking for an exceptionally curious and technically minded student who wants hands-on experience implementing cutting-edge AI technologies inside a real software company.

Youll work with technologies that many companies are only beginning to explore gaining experience that will position you at the forefront of AI operations and business automation.

Working alongside company leadership youll help design and implement systems that improve how the business operates every day including:

• Configuring and optimizing Claude Code ChatGPT Projects Artifacts and AI development environments.
  
• Building reusable AI workflows prompt libraries and internal AI assistants.
  
• Connecting business systems through APIs MCP servers and modern integration platforms.
  
• Creating executive dashboards that provide visibility into sales recruiting product development customer success marketing operations finance and key business metrics.
  
• Building automation workflows that reduce manual work across departments.
  
• Organizing company documentation into searchable AI-ready knowledge bases.
  
• Supporting GitHub repositories development workflows and technical documentation.
  
• Researching and evaluating new AI tools that can improve productivity and business performance.
  
• Documenting every solution so the organization can continue to build on your work.

A strong portfolio GitHub profile personal projects or examples of automation work are valued as much as classroom experience.

By the end of this internship youll have real-world experience designing and deploying AI-powered business systems integrating enterprise software platforms automating business processes building executive dashboards documenting scalable workflows and working directly with startup executives on strategic initiatives.
