Key Accountabilities

• Develop governance and operational documentation that supports secure compliant and audit-ready AI solutions.

• Partner with business leaders technology teams and vendors to gather requirements and coordinate AI project execution.

• Manage the AI Innovation Hub by maintaining SharePoint content resources and documentation that support enterprise initiatives.

• Build dashboards and reports that measure AI adoption operational performance and solution health.

• Investigate operational issues coordinate resolutions and identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.

• Support enterprise AI governance by maintaining documentation that aligns with risk and compliance standards.

• Coordinate AI Academy activities and track learning participation to help expand AI knowledge across the organization.

Education & Experience

Required

• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science Information Technology Data Analytics Artificial Intelligence or a related field.

• 2 years of experience gathering business requirements and documenting business process mapping.

• 2 years of experience managing cross-functional stakeholders and project coordination.

• 2 years of experience working in a regulated industry.

• 2 years of experience applying analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Working knowledge of IT Service Management (ITSM) principles and foundational AI or Machine Learning basics.

Preferred

• Experience supporting AI automation analytics or digital transformation initiatives.

• Experience building dashboards using Power BI or similar reporting tools.

• Experience administering or maintaining SharePoint sites.

• Familiarity with governance Identity and Access Management (IAM) and enterprise control documentation in a financial services environment.
