Baptist Health is looking for an AI Manager to join our team!

This will be a remote position that requires residency in KY or IN.

The AI Manager will play a hands-on operational leadership role in advancing the organizations applied artificial intelligence strategy across clinical operational and administrative domains. This role is responsible for the day-to-day management of AI initiatives supporting the full AI algorithm lifecyclefrom intake and evaluation through deployment monitoring and optimization.

The AI Manager will work closely with clinical leaders operational stakeholders IT Informatics Legal Risk and external AI vendors to ensure AI tools are safe effective compliant and aligned with organizational goals. This position reports to the AVP of Digital Health and AI and serves as a key connector between strategy and execution.

This role is central to ensuring that AI delivers real measurable value while maintaining trust safety and operational excellence. The AI Manager helps turn promising technology into reliable scalable capabilities that improve patient care clinician experience and organizational performance.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in data science computer science Engineering Informatics Healthcare or Business Administration
• 5 years of relevant and related experience
• Experience working with EHR integrated AI tools or clinical decision support systems
• Familiarity with AI governance frameworks model risk management or algorithm oversight processes
• Experience collaborating with AI vendors startups or health technology partners
• Knowledge of healthcare privacy security and regulatory considerations related to AI
• PMP Lean Six Sigma or similar project management training
