AI Lead Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled AI Lead Engineer to lead the design development and deployment of enterprise-grade Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Python LangChain LangGraph RAG architectures and AI Agent frameworks with a proven track record of building scalable AI applications and leading engineering teams.

This role requires strong technical leadership hands-on development expertise and the ability to architect and deliver production-ready AI solutions that drive business value.

• 8 years of software engineering experience
• 3 years of hands-on experience in AI/Generative AI development

• Lead the development of Generative AI and Agentic AI applications from concept to production
• Design and implement enterprise-scale RAG solutions leveraging vector databases and enterprise knowledge sources
• Build and orchestrate AI agents and multi-agent workflows using LangChain and LangGraph
• Develop scalable APIs microservices and AI platforms using Python
• Integrate enterprise systems with LLMs including OpenAI Anthropic Gemini and Llama models
• Establish engineering best practices for:
