Position Overview:

The AI Intern will identify develop and improve artificial intelligence and machine learning solutions that support company goals. This role is ideal for a student or recent graduate who is eager to gain hands-on experience working with data AI models automation tools and emerging technologies.

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify opportunities to leverage AI.
• Design develop test and optimize AI solutions.
• Research AI trends tools frameworks and best practices to support ongoing projects.
• Evaluate model performance identify issues document findings and make recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Present insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Follow responsible AI data privacy and security guidelines in all project work.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science Data Science Artificial Intelligence Statistics Information Systems Business Analytics or a related field.
• Working knowledge of Python and SQL
• Hands-on experience using AI tools to create efficiencies
• Basic experience with the Microsoft technology stack
• Strong analytical problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
• Ability to learn quickly manage tasks independently and collaborate in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Working Conditions and Physical Requirements:

• This role requires regular in-person collaboration with team members at our Chicago Support Center.
• Must be able to sit and/or stand for extended periods
• Must be able to lift up to 15 lbs. with little assistance
