Location: Orlando FL (Hybrid 3 Days Onsite)
Duration: 3-Month Contract-to-Hire

Required Skills

• Strong Full Stack development experience with Python (Backend) and (Frontend)

• Hands-on experience with Azure Cloud

• Experience building and deploying AI/LLM-powered applications

• Strong understanding of API integrations and multi-data source architectures

• Experience leading projects and mentoring junior engineers

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

AI & LLM Experience

• Experience implementing and enhancing LLM-based applications

• Knowledge of Agentic AI concepts and AI workflow orchestration

• Understanding of LLM access controls security governance and hallucination mitigation

• Experience integrating enterprise tools with AI platforms (e.g. Microsoft Copilot)

• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) prompt engineering and AI application design

Preferred Skills

• Solution Architecture experience

• Experience integrating multiple enterprise data sources

• Jira experience

• Experience working with globally distributed development teams

Key Responsibilities

• Design develop and enhance AI-powered applications using Python React and Azure

• Expand existing LLM solutions by integrating additional data sources and enterprise tools

• Implement secure and scalable Agentic AI solutions

• Improve AI response quality and reduce hallucinations through governance and validation strategies

• Lead technical initiatives and mentor junior engineers

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver business-driven solutions

• Work closely with global development teams to ensure successful project execution
