AI Engineer with LegalTech

Job requirements:

• • Design develop and deploy AI agents for legal operations enabling intelligent contract review legal research document summarization compliance monitoring and matter management using LLMs and Generative AI.
  • Build domain-specific RAG solutions leveraging enterprise legal knowledge including contracts case law corporate policies regulatory documents playbooks and legal precedents to provide accurate explainable and auditable responses.
  • Develop agentic AI workflows that integrate with LegalTech platforms (e.g. CLM eDiscovery DMS eBilling Matter Management) through APIs enabling automated document analysis contract lifecycle management approval workflows and legal request triage.
  • Design AI agents capable of extracting key clauses identifying contractual risks comparing agreements against standard playbooks detecting compliance gaps and recommending remediation actions while maintaining full auditability.
  • Implement secure AI solutions that adhere to legal regulatory privacy and data governance requirements ensuring confidentiality of privileged and sensitive legal information.
  • Develop prompt engineering strategies and legal-specific AI personas to improve the accuracy of legal drafting contract negotiation assistance legal Q&A and regulatory compliance support.
  • Manage legal knowledge repositories including ingestion of contracts legal templates policies regulations case documents and knowledge graphs to enhance retrieval accuracy and contextual reasoning.
  • Define AI quality metrics such as clause extraction accuracy contract review turnaround time legal request resolution rate citation accuracy hallucination rate and user satisfaction while implementing continuous monitoring and evaluation frameworks.
  • Partner with Legal Compliance Risk Privacy and Security teams to identify high-value AI use cases ensure responsible AI adoption and establish governance frameworks for enterprise Legal AI solutions.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship on Legal AI best practices AI governance explainability responsible AI and enterprise-scale deployment of Generative AI solutions.
