WHAT YOULL DO
In this role youll help shape the future of intelligent automation and enterprise technology by developing AI driven solutions that improve operational efficiency enhance customer experiences and support large scale managed services environments. You will work alongside our Automation Engineers to design develop and implement AI models and algorithms that enhance service offerings improve automation capabilities and support scalable enterprise solutions. Youll collaborate cross functionally with engineering operations and technology teams to identify opportunities for AI driven improvements and business innovation.
Major duties and responsibilities:
- Develop and deploy AI models and algorithms to solve business problems
- Collaborate with Automation Engineers to integrate AI solutions into existing systems
- Analyze and preprocess data to ensure quality and relevance for AI applications
- Research and evaluate emerging AI technologies including generative AI and machine learning applications to support business innovation
Contribute to the evaluation testing and adoption of emerging AI technologies including generative AI and large language model (LLM) solutions
Assist with building scalable AI workflows and integrating AI capabilities into enterprise systems and operational processes
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering reliable and effective AI solutions
- Document AI processes and maintain comprehensive records of model development and deployment
- Support AI solutions serving large scale enterprise environments across industries including retail healthcare finance utilities and energy
WHO YOU ARE
Key Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field
1 to 3 years of experience in AI technology
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Proficiency in programming languages such as Python R or Java
Familiarity with machine learning frameworks like TensorFlow PyTorch or scikit learn
Knowledge of data preprocessing techniques and tools
Experience working with cloud platforms APIs automation tools or enterprise data environments is a plus
- Exposure to cloud-based AI tools enterprise automation platforms or large language model (LLM) technologies is a plus
Youre naturally curious excited by emerging technologies and motivated to solve complex problems through innovation and collaboration
