Summary

Responsible for the design and implementation of intelligent AI agents that streamline transaction processing enhance knowledge research and optimize policy servicing workflows. You will play a key role in integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) and AI Agents into enterprise systems driving automation for both structured and unstructured data.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Technical Skills:

• Hands-on experience with agentic AI development and orchestration.
• Strong understanding of LLM prompt engineering embeddings and foundational Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) concepts.
• Proficiency in building microservices and integrating them into complex systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy prompt-based single-agent systems for targeted workflows.
• Integrate AI models into subsystems supporting transactions knowledge management and service operations.
• Design and implement multi-agent orchestration for advanced RAG pipelines.
• Build and maintain API microservices to expose AI capabilities (e.g. entity extraction).
• Collaborate on dataset creation for model fine-tuning and continuous improvement.
• Partner with domain experts to enhance model accuracy mitigate hallucinations and ensure compliance.

Education & Certifications

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science Data Science AI/ML or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Certifications in AI/ML Cloud Platforms or Data Engineering are a plus.

Work Experience

• 3 years of experience in AI/ML development microservices architecture or enterprise system integration.
• Prior experience with LLM-based solutions and agent frameworks preferred.
