Duration: 12 months contract/C2H
Visa: USC & GC
Location: 2-3 onsite visits per month in the Columbia MD office

Rate: $67/hr. on W2 or $77/hr. on C2C

Non-Negotiable Skills & Experience Required

• Must have worked within a Healthcare Provider environment
• Deep understanding of Healthcare Provider Data and provider data interactions with claims platforms
• 8 years of Data Science experience
• Strong experience with Machine Learning (ML) and Artificial Intelligence (AI)
• Strong Salesforce experience
• Knowledge of Facets
• Experience in statistical modeling data mining and advanced analytics
• Experience leading or implementing AI/ML solutions in enterprise environments

Seeking a Data Scientist who can lead the proliferation of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence throughout the enterprise. Identifies and solves business problems by using various numerical techniques algorithms and models in statistical modeling machine learning operations research and data mining. Uses advanced analytical capabilities to support data science initiatives. Communicates across product teams and with customers and educates on Artificial Intelligence Machine Learning and statistical models. Leads interactions between analytics business units and other departments.

Must have previous Provider Data experience working with leadership on provider data issues accuracy and provider data interactions with claims and claims platforms. Knowledge of Salesforce and Facets is required.

• 20% Leads all data mining and extraction activities and applies algorithms to derive insights
• 15% Synthesizes analytical findings for consumption by teams and senior executives
• 15% Leads proliferation of Machine Learning and Artificial Intelligence solutions
• 15% Applies Artificial Intelligence techniques to achieve concrete business goals while managing limited resources and constraints around data
• 15% Mentors and develops junior data scientists for advanced data analysis
• 10% Translates business priorities and creates data science deliverables
• 10% Leads implementation of ML/AI/DS best practices for new data products and builds robust and scalable software

• Bachelor s Degree required
  • In lieu of a Bachelor s degree an additional 4 years of relevant work experience is required in addition to the required work experience
• 8 years of Data Science experience
• Must have worked within a Healthcare Provider environment and have deep understanding of Healthcare Provider Data
• Expert in creating LOM s in regards to AI adaptation to current tech environment
• Must have strong Salesforce experience
• Knowledge of Facets is required
