AI Copilot Integration Specialist

Job Summary:
The AI / Copilot Integration Specialist leads UVM Healths adoption and deployment of Microsoft Copilot and artificial intelligence capabilities within the Enterprise Analytics environment. This role partners with clinical operational and analytics stakeholders to identify high-value AI and Copilot use cases design and deploy solutions and train stakeholders to leverage these capabilities with a particular focus on enabling stakeholders to interact with UVM Healths data platform in natural language and receive accurate governed responses grounded in the Enterprise Analytics data governance framework.

Education:
Bachelors degree in Data Science Computer Science Health Informatics or related field required; Masters preferred.

Experience:
3 years of experience in data analytics AI implementation or technology adoption roles.
Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio Azure OpenAI or similar AI/LLM platforms.
Experience in stakeholder engagement use case identification and change management.
Familiarity with Power BI Tableau or other data visualization tools and the broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem.
Experience developing and delivering technology training programs for non-technical audiences.
Experience working in agile product delivery preferred.
