Position Overview:

Lead enterprise AI adoption initiatives by identifying high-value AI use cases redesigning business workflows and driving implementation of AI-enabled solutions across the organization
Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to translate opportunities into practical AI products agents copilots and workflow solutions
Drive organizational change user adoption and workforce upskilling while helping teams effectively integrate AI into day-to-day operations
Ideal candidates will be AI-native professionals who actively use AI in their own work and have successfully implemented at least one AI product AI-enabled workflow or enterprise AI solution

Requirements:

Experience in Product Management Digital Transformation Business Transformation Process Improvement or Management Consulting
Demonstrated experience implementing at least one AI product AI-enabled workflow or enterprise AI solution
Strong experience analyzing documenting and redesigning business processes and workflows
Experience driving cross-functional stakeholder alignment and execution
Strong communication facilitation and structured problem-solving skills
