Role Summary:

The AI Business Analyst partners with business and technical teams to translate business needs into AI-enabled solutions. This role ensures requirements clarity drives adoption and supports value realization from AI initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct business analysis for AI and data-driven initiatives
• Gather document and translate business requirements into technical inputs
• Collaborate with AI engineering and product teams throughout delivery
• Support user adoption change management and enablement activities
• Define success metrics and help track value realization
• Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams
• Qualifications
• 5 years of experience in business analysis or product roles
• Strong ability to translate business needs into technical requirements
• Experience working on AI analytics or digital transformation initiatives
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with Agile delivery and enterprise environments preferred
